Our next Walk in the Park is at the beautiful Avianto Estate. Set against the backdrop of the beautiful Avianto Estate landscape, the trails meander through open fields, shaded woodland, and along tranquil streams. The paths are carefully maintained and generally quiet, ensuring a serene outdoor experience away from the city’s bustle. The estate’s dedicated walking trails provide a delightful escape into nature, with two well-marked routes of approximately 2.5km and 5km. These trails feature gentle terrain and modest elevation, making them ideal for families, casual walkers, and dog owners (dogs must be on leads).

Meet at the car park at 07:30. We start hiking at 8:00

REQUIREMENTS:

Good hiking shoes, hat, sun block, 2lt of water.

ENTRANCE FEE:

R70 per person (including R20 club fee).

No radios. No claims against the club for loss/death or injury. Your participation is voluntary. Take care. No littering, we take only photographs and leave only fairy footprints! Pets not allowed in the Central Reserve.
