Join us for our next short urban hike on 18 May. Kings Kloof is located in Muldersdrift close to the Cradlestone Mall (about 30 minutes’ drive from Sandton). It’s in a wonderful rural setting with trails meandering across the hills of Laurentia Farm, before swooping down to follow the river through a wooded valley towards a waterfall at the foot of the kloof.
We will do the 6km easy trail, which is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
There is a little restaurant on the reserve that serves breakfasts, light lunches and coffee for after the walk.

MEET:
Arrive at 09:00. We start hiking at 09:30.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good hiking shoes, hat, sun block, at least 2lt of water, snacks.
COFFEE
We will go for coffee or brunch at the Kings Kloof restaurant afterwards.
DIFFICULTY RATING
Easy walk.
ENTRANCE FEE:
R50 per person to the venue and R20 club fee (the venue accepts cards, but please bring your club fee in cash).
NO NO’S:
No radios. No claims against the club for loss/death or injury. Your participation is voluntary. Take care. No littering, we take only photographs and leave only fairy footprints!
